One of the oldest organizations of its type in Canada, the Club was founded in 1913. It continues to operate as the premier organization for members in the Transportation, Logistics and Industry-related companies.

This site is designed to be informative and is directed to our prospective, new and sustaining members. We welcome your input at any time with suggestions for improving or expanding the content.

Our Mission Statement

"To provide all its members with a network of support and encouragement through opportunities for social interaction, education and resource sharing" The Club is a non-profit organization with a wide cross-section of industry participants. The roster includes both individuals and corporations representing suppliers and purchasers of the services offered by the major industry sectors. Represented within our membership are: Trucking, Railway, Steamship, Airline, Third Party Logistics, Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, Couriers, Industry and Related Businesses. The Club is governed by an Executive and a Board of Directors representing the various Industry sectors. All these positions are filled by volunteers. The Secretary-Treasurer is an appointed and compensated position and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Club. Elections are held each year in December at the Annual General Meeting, coincident with the Annual Dinner. The actions and powers of the Executive and the Board are outlined in the Constitution and By-laws of the Club. All members are encouraged to put their names forward to the Secretary-Treasurer or the Chairperson if they would like to assist on any of the many Committees or Projects.
